I have Dolby Digital Plus on my Laptop and the file it's installed in is: PC > Local Disk (C) > Program Files > Dolby Digital Plus. It has multiple.exe files, some of them get to the larger program you showed in that image and other ones get to the smaller version of it you get when you click on the icon in the taskbar. I usually use the Music setting for everything since I find it works the best.
